Fishing Fridays - Eldorado National Forest

Friday - 7/3

A few days ago, I was deep in the Sierra National Forest with da boys.  The difficult six miles hike kept out all others except for the friends that invited us.  I am still dreaming about that wonderful place.

Sierra National Forest: Not a soul in sight.

Today, I am in the Eldorado National Forest with Mrs. Miracles, WizTech, the Miracle Squad, and.... nephew, Fishing Wonder!  This location is only a two hour drive from SacTown.

Fishing was slow as compared to the last Fishing Friday trip.  Today, we only caught fifteen fish in four hours :-)  We ate some for lunch too.  Fish tasted so delicious when cooked immediately after they are caught.

What forest is this?

Thumb's up for a 0.02 mile hike :-)

Hiking is so easy...

What's my fishing nickname again?

Delicious lunch.

This is better than computer games!
God, please continue to bless California.
