Hatchery Steelhead??? I'll Take It.

In my opinion, one of the most elusive and prized fish to catch in California is a steelhead.  So this morning while out fishing at my usual spot, I was pleasantly surprised to be blessed with a beautiful 18-inch, 3-pound, hatchery stealhead.
