Since the retirement party and driving the girls to the Dakotas, JU has not fished!?!? However, he has been spending exceptional quality time with the other four children. Among other things, he is now the ultimate dish-washer, ultimate launderer, ultimate school teacher, and yes, the ultimate chef! At least there are five brave souls (counting Mrs. Miracles) willing to taste test his cooking every day of the work week :-) JU turns back into the Ultimate Fisherman on the weekends, just in time too, because the salmon should be coming back to SacTown in big numbers soon....
BTW, JU's youngest child told him one day: "I don't like to be called Miss Twinkle Star anymore. For my fishing name, call me 'Little j.'" How can one say no to a request like that?
She is in Kindergarten going into high school! She has her own show: "The Little j Cooking Show!"
